ISHAK-BEG MUSHROOM

MOSCOW OF ISHAK-BEG (ALADZA JAMIYA) (Skopje, ⅩⅤ v.) – religious object, cultural monument. It was built by Ishakebeg, the second Ottoman commander of Skopje. It is also known under the names Ishakia and the Old Mosque, and the name Aladža (colorful) was obtained after the rich decor with which it was decorated. It is covered with a dome, and the other parts and a porch with semi-cylindrical and charcoal vaults. There is a closed turban in the yard where it is assumed that Pasha Bey was buried, one of the sons of Ishak Bey.
