BALLS SAY

SHARENA SAYA – top women's wear, an integral part of the bridal costume (from Kumanovo). It was worn until the first decade of the last century, when the bridal colorful, big shirts were worn. Unlike the white sash, it is richly decorated and part of the decorative patterned sia is the work of the terriers. The decoration of the show is done with embroidery and in combination with applications of aloe (red) and, rarely, black tea. Decorating is most common on the lower part of the hindquarters and on the lower part of the scales, where four square motifs are inserted (in the newer sari only two rings). The circles around are decorated with a sweep (woolen black tusks, also known as rolls) placed in a quadrangle around the motif of the rings. Behind these motives are the elements: bags, trunks, imported with the technique Tegelian, with colorful strings. On the sides of the sash they are frozen. All these elements are placed on red iron. After the seams, she sat with a cuticle – an ornamental sheave, and along the edges, the shafts came in. Most often she was worn out for making out in tessia. J. R.-P.
